Throughout the Denver Front Range, NexGen owned and maintained over 300 lots in five different master planned communities. As part of the ownership responsibilities, NexGen had declarant HOA management responsibilities in which Travis served as the HOA President.As part of a 1031 exchange in 2010, Travis assembled a $30MM portfolio of retail drugstores that were a sale/ leaseback to Walgreens Co. and CVS Drug Stores. Included in the portfolio were fee simple drug stores located in Boulder, CO, Orlando, FL, outside of New York City, NY, and 3 stores in Chicago, IL.
