I've worked in college Admissions for 5 going on six years. Working in Higher Education has helped me develop skills transferable to professional and personal life. These skills include but not limited to: Active listening, Teamwork, Responsibility, Dependability, and Leadership. I've had the opportunity to engage with 700+ clients on a regular basis (Weekly, and Monthly). Through the use of two CRMs: Salesforce, and Slate. In admissions I was able to gain experience in- Customer service/relations, Sales, Marketing, Event planning, and Supervisor roles. Which translated into increasing my markets by 25% each year. Over this time, I continued my education; completing my MBA in one year. Meanwhile, starting a food company where I'm the CFO/President of marketing.
