Collaborates with Regional HR Managers and operational leaders to ensure the company's various compensation and mobility plans, programs and policies efficiently meet the needs of the business. Ensures pertinent information and data flows through to the EVP Corporate Services to aid in executive decisions and company strategy and success. Supports the development and execution of “best-practice” global programs and the associated governance policies and procedures. These added responsibilities are in addition to the previous positions.

*Formerly 3esi-Enersight*Responsible for the coordination of employee on-boarding, talent development programs and corporate compensation program. Also as part of this role, the management of international assignments/transfers and continued support for payroll, recruiting and special projects.

The Center of Excellence, within 3esi-Enersight, is a central standards body for the creation, administration, and delivery of best practices around training and certification.The CoE oversees 4 key areas of responsibility: Training, Certification, Training Documentation and Continuous ImprovementDesigned and implemented a Certification Program focused on 3esi-Enersight's products, esi.manage and esi.schedule. Implemented a Computer Based Training Program for 3esi-Enersight using a third party cloud technology allowing users across all functional teams to participate and conduct learning. Created and maintained training programs, educational videos, delivered on-site and internal training, and provided end user support to 3esi-Enersight’s key multinational oil and gas accounts. Facilitated all new hire training for 3esi-Enersight's global team and is a core contributor to the training of employees and product trainers within 3esi-Enersight’s Global accounts.

Oversee dedicated and virtual support team members in responding to and resolving client incidents ensuring service level goals are achieved. Deliver value to 3esi-Enersight by creating and distributing support metrics, and trend analysis while partnering with all levels of the organization to review key metrics of: Response time, Resolution time, and Incident / Agent load balancing.Develop, Plan, and Implement policies and procedures around the incident lifecycle, which includes establishing and maintaining an Upgrade Management plan.Act as a technical advisor on 3esi-Enersight’s products when escalation to a Tier 3 resource is needed.
