Over my 10-year career with Accenture, I have been a part of 30+ large-scale Salesforce implementation and transformation projects. In my current role, my responsibility includes driving the Salesforce practice growth, building out programs with multiple workstreams, serving as a primary point of contact for multiple accounts as Certified Technical Architect, and ensuring delivery quality for large-scale programs.Some recent projects include:Salesforce Technical Architect on a custom web app built for a global forum to provide a scalable, easily managed, and flexible solution on Salesforce’s platform to facilitate events/conferences. The platform will be used to drive analytical/trending world topics through simulations to facilitate dialogue with world leaders, NGOs, and CEOs.Salesforce Technical Architect/Workstream Lead for an MDM effort to resolve data quality and trust issues in a 12-year-old Salesforce system. Architected and implemented the mastering of Accounts, Contacts & Leads records to bring trust, standardization, efficiency, and scalability to Workday’s ever-evolving business groups. Defined Salesforce integration pattern strategies, drove requirements gathering, and led functional/technical requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements. Salesforce Technical Architect/Deployment Manager to drive development and deployment of a COVID contact tracing and vaccine management application. MVP launched in 10 days.Salesforce Technical Architect/Delivery Lead for a user-friendly, centralized hub providing real-time data access, frictionless collaboration, and support for marketing from concept to release across the 13 business groups within a large media client. Led 30 offshore resources to consolidate six custom apps into a single Salesforce organization with Lightning Web Components (LWC) used to facilitate all required functionality to effectively strategize, plan, manage and execute a film release.

In 2016 I was promoted to a manager role that included responsibilities for project delivery and sales support through proposals, bidding, and discovery.Selected projects: Salesforce Technical Architect/Technical Lead for creation of a patient services platform and adherence program to support a migraine drug launch. Led 35-member onshore/offshore teams from client and Accenture across the full lifecycle in delivering requirements using Salesforce’s Lightning framework. Implemented Salesforce Service, Sales, Health, and Marketing Cloud with delivery channels across email, text, phone, and web. Developed Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, Einstein, CTI, and event-based integrations to shape critical functionality.Technical Architect/Delivery Lead for a design and implementation of a Salesforce CRM re-architecture to address issues with privacy, security and sharing model at a leading mobile services provider. Led up to 25 offshore resources in a project that included a security model assessment and redesign/retrofit, two complex integrations, multiple data migrations and releases, and implementation of a Partner Portal.

As a consultant, I contributed to multiple Salesforce project efforts in hands-on and leadership roles for implementations, assessments, retrofits, and migrations in coordination with onshore and offshore teams.Selected projects:Salesforce Technical Architect for delivery of a cloud platform to support open enrollment for a healthcare client. Planned and managed work of offshore resources, supported CRP processes with an agile configuration of SFDC, migrated existing knowledge base and content to Salesforce, and configured Employee Communities, Chatter, and Knowledgebase.Salesforce Technical Architect/Integration Lead for a Service Cloud implementation and Sales Cloud retrofit to streamline sales and service of a global biotech business. Led security model and architecture assessment to redefine client’s Salesforce system and integrations. This led to subsequent security model redesign/retrofit, data migrations, and integrations between Salesforce and internal systems.Development Lead for a global Salesforce transformation implementation to migrate from multiple on-premise applications to a single Salesforce organization. Gathered requirements and analyzed business processes, defined functional needs, and led offshore team through full delivery cycle of the global transformation and rollout across 40 countries that included build of a Salesforce portal/intranet for 30,000+ users on the Force.com platform.

At Amazon, I supported the exponential growth of the AWS business and drove value within Amazon’s EC2 and S3 product lines. Day-to-day work included analysis of data by developing custom SQL queries and cross-correlating data sources. I also executed the build of revenue forecasts on all AWS services and facilitated the review process.

As an intern, I was responsible for researching regulations to enable a potential move out of state. I also streamlined multiple databases for ease of use, prepared analysis for market conduct examination for department managers, and maintained an internal database.
