Leads all aspects of the development group from hiring, mentoring, gathering requirements, documenting, architectural analysis, development, testing, implementation, and trouble shooting. Our group is over software for all 300+ operations under the Savage group. • Runs process improvement teams with different operations. Travels to many onsite locations to work directly with the end users and understand their needs and concerns. Leads teams as we analyze the different process’s and designs plans for a “better way”. • Develops and fosters relationships with business leaders and the information solutions group, forging business relationships and trust while working as the go between of business and technology. • Manages projects that span through multiple IS groups, including infrastructure product owners, integrations, database’s, development, and QA. Working closely with groups that I manage directly over and other groups I coordinate with to make sure we are always developing to the end user’s needs.• Works hands on with our development group to resolve some of our most pressing issues. This includes software architecture, database development, code analysis and many more.
