As a member of the concrete crew, I prepare job sites for foundation walls, pavement, finished floors and all other concrete work on the project. This includes dirt work, grading, forming, understanding project blueprints and layouts, setting and tying rebar, finishing paving and trowel finished floors, as well as demolition and removal of old concrete or asphalt work. Ayars & Ayars specializes in tilt-up construction and pre-fabricated steel buildings for a variety of industrial, commercial, and government entities.

I work with restaurants, bars, taprooms and cafés in the Western Michigan area increasing efficiency and improving guest experience with restaurant technology.

As part of the inbound marketing team, I worked with prospects and account executives to set up discovery and demonstration meetings. I created website proofs for prospects in addition to on-boarding non-profit clients. Using my marketing and advertising background, I was able to help non-profits achieve their organizational goals.

As a member of Generation Y, I understand the frustration and distrust millennials have in Big Banks and Wall Street after the financial crisis of 2008. Driven to change the way millennials feel about financial institutions, I serve the members of MembersOwn every day knowing genuine connections and transparency create brand loyalty that cannot be bought or won, only earned. In addition to building loyal relationships, I helped members with complex problems by working with various software vendors and step-by-step troubleshooting. I was able to solve most of these problems within minutes, with the customer still on the phone.

As part of a unique partnership between KidGlov Marketing of Lincoln and MembersOwn Credit Union, I was able to create original, engaging content asa marketing and social media intern. I actively listened on social channels and responded to and engaged with our members through social channels such as Facebook and YouTube.

Serving a community population of just over 250, The Field Sports Bar & Grill serves as a community-based social gathering space, for community members young and old. Open from breakfast through dinner, I work to create an inviting family-friendly space that is the de facto central hub for the village residents. In rural areas, word-of-mouth is often the community's primary form of communication, so with the Field Sports Bar & Grill's Facebook page, we decided to give that community a megaphone trough which they can speak. This allows community members to broadcast their message to an audience of over 360, and reaches far beyond the tiny city limits. This powerful tool has allowed the small community of Diller to engage with those around them and thrive.

As a student recruiter for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Office of Admissions, I interacted with prospective students and parents in order to create a better understanding of college life at UNL. Using my unique perspective as a student, I am able to tune my conversation in order to meed the needs of the students and parents I am talking to. This experience enabled me to showcase a school I love, while forming meaningful connections with students across Nebraska and the nation.

As the marketing & social media director, I created original content for publishing online in social media platforms among other platforms. I grew the organization's online audience by 78% over the course of three months, as well as grew monthly gross sales by 8.9% over the same period of time.
