• Established documented procedures to share information between the forces, working with a translator team to rapidly disseminate reports in both Arabic and English.

• Migrated 176 computer systems to Windows XP from Windows 2000 and implemented standardized and remote security measures and configuration management to comply with Department of Defense standards.

• Migrated a Novell Netware architecture to Microsoft Active Directory to comply with Army enterprise computing standards without loss of data or functionality.

• Commanded 85 soldiers for 22 months. Oversaw maintenance, controlled the budget, developed training plans, disciplined personnel, and reviewed all administrative documents.
• Deployed soldiers and equipment to Kuwait with less than 24 hours notice to aircraft departure, saving a critical exercise in Kuwait from cancellation and avoiding a loss of over $1.2 million.
