Supportive employment for adults with disabilities through the Ability One program.Veteran Supportive Services. Developed nineteen, CARF accredited offices across four states to provide homeless prevention, financial assistance, job placement, and case management services for Veterans and families. Community Based Services. A consortium of community services including: Behavioral Health, Foster/Adoptions, Homeless Prevention, Crisis Intervention, Supportive Housing, and Case Management for children, families, seniors and those with disabilities.

As Board President, partnered with the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) to secure and manage permanent housing of three HUD funded apartment complexes to low income individuals with chronic mental illness.

As Board Chair, led the Continuum of Care (CoC) overseeing $7.5m in funding for homeless services in the San Antonio/Bexar County area.

Executive Director of a statewide Child Placing & Adoption Agency. Provided services to over 1000 youth in the custody of the state as well as completed 170 adoptions in 2007.

TACFS is the statewide coalition of service providers focused on Child Welfare advocacy. Participated in child welfare advocacy, child welfare policy development, and legislative testimony.

Owner and Director. Developed and sold networked MS Office Access database for companies providing Behavioral Health Services. Database managed and tracked items such as; client data, employee information, training, outcomes, medication, billing/invoicing, compliance, placements, home studies, and service planning.

Clinical Director of COA accredited 70 bed Residential Treatment Center and Director of Foster Care Agency for youth with behavioral and emotional issues. Responsibilities included supervision and management of Residential Treatment, Emergency Shelter, and Foster Care Divisions.
