NISC's primary business is creating billing and accounting software for telecoms and utilities around the globe. Primary job duties consist of Technical Sales, Requirements, and Product Management. As a Sr. Technical Sales consultant, I am responsible for customizing and delivering Telecom and Utility sales demonstrations to existing customers and prospects, leveraging NISC's suite of software solutions. My prior experience as a Project Manager, I am assigned new telecom customers of NISC and asked to successfully install NISC's suite of products. This entails coordinating efforts with the various areas of both the new customer and NISC (data conversion, training, bill calculation, bill print, accounting, engineering, third party integration, etc.). I also assist other PM's with their projects and ensure that their projects are running on schedule. As a Requirements Analyst, I am responsible for gathering and documenting software requirements, while working with developers and industry setting leaders to make sure our software meets the needs for the Telecom and Utility industries. From a Training perspective, I coach and train others internally and externally the functionality of our software product using various training tools developed by myself or NISC. I will assist them on their project, make sure they are on schedule, and travel with them various project locations around the U.S.
