Making sure all the AV systems on each of the three campuses are functioning properly, sounding great, staffed with trained operators, projecting crisp video, recording clean audio, and are easy to use. I joined Harvest Eating initially as a videographer to shoot culinary instruction videos featuring outstanding seasonal recipes. We shot over 200 recipe videos which have garnered over 1 million views on YouTube and a host of other media outlets.With my expertise and professional equipment joining a talented host and a skilled producer/editor, we were soon able to begin work on a 13-episode show for public television that was approved and scheduled for distribution later this year. My key contribution was directing the videography and managing all the gear used in the many filming locations across the Carolinas and Georgia.I utilized my photographic and design skills to create promotional materials and other printed items for our partnership with the local Whole Foods Market. I also designed presentations for various seminars and talks given by Chef Keith Snow.I also focused attention to redesigning the Harvest Eating web site and crafted compelling content which increased site traffic from 80K monthly page views to over 200K page views.I provided all the culinary photography for Chef Keith Snow's highly-acclaimed first cookbook, The Harvest Eating Cookbook.

Provided monthly statistical analysis of site traffic, revenue, and other trends. Identified usage patterns and implemented a communications plan to help maximize the visitor experience on a site with many different purposes. We were able to reduce the communication clutter and help deliver the resources and content that users were looking for.Modified the existing check-out process by adding a donation request form which increased small random donations and increased overall online donations by 250%.Led a site redesign project to transition the site from a monthly magazine layout to a daily newspaper style with a large increase in content deployed. Organized the content into sections and helped design a rotating article delivery system that kept the site looking fresh.
