I have over 10 years of management experience in running a business. - Human Resources- Sales- Operations- Supply Chain- Payroll- Inventory My ideal career path would be in Human Resources where I can play a part in the development of talent for an organization. I really enjoyed that part of the business, where I could help people learn and aspire to be more than what they ever thought possible.In my time running a business, my HR background included recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, development, performance reviews, promoting and discharging of talent, and all other aspects of the employee life cycle.During my time, I had hired and developed several talents that went on to be promoted within the organization.Due to my background, I am also well versed in several company silos, making me ideal for identifying talent for a multitude of positions. From a business management perspective, I took a new store lead it to profitability within 2 years, a full year ahead of schedule. I have an extensive education as well, graduating from Aurora University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude).I then went back and scored a perfect 4.0 while gaining a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
