As the Financial Partners Liaison at First Team, I helped oversee a team of 50 real estate agents who specialize in transactions with credit union and bank clients. I helped organize meetings, seminars, and trainings while also providing daily support to my team. Aside from overseeing this team, I also reached out to credit unions and banks to build relations and explore ways to improve business for our financial partners. My personal goal was to ensure that every member of my team was well-prepared to provide the absolute highest level of service for the clients of our partners.
