Program Administrator is responsible for business and program development throughout the state and assists the Executive Director to ensure compliance with all RISE Corporate Policies and Procedures, State Policies and Procedures and other legal and regulatory requirements. The PA strives to achieve fulfillment of community relations and demonstrate cultural competence with diverse populations and cultures toward successful relations with various communities, organizations and state agencies. Provide coaching to state management teams to assist them in the programmatic and fiscal management of programs in a manner consistent with the RISE Mission, Vision, and Values.• Identify growth opportunities • Develop and achieve growth goals resulting in increased revenues and profitability• Demonstrate pro-active and effective advocacy for people with disabilities and those receiving support • Assist in creating new and innovative service models for people with disabilities • Lobbies for change in a positive manner with funding agencies • Promotes and engages in positive relationships with all customers • Ensure customer satisfaction system in all areas of service • Responsible for the financial oversight of programs • Ensure that programs meet all licensing requirements with the highest level • Continuously evaluate the quality of supports being provided, while identifying areas that could use improvement

Supervise, plan, coordinate, and direct the activities and personnel of Drug Court, Utah County Alternative Probation, Drug Offender Reform Act, and On Unit Treatment programs. Responsible for quality assurance, regulatory compliance,and budget management through audits, reports, and communication with state contractors Responsible for hiring, interviewing, training and job coaching, performance evaluation, and retention of assigned personnel.Ensure quality services and accurate documentation within department standards including but not limited to, consistent quality assurance reviews of the electronic health record and direct observation of program services.Ensure programs and department meet state and federal guidelines, licensing standards and data reporting.

Co-facilitated individual, family and group counseling sessions according to individualized treatment plans and in accordance with professional standards.Performed individual crisis intervention services as needed in order to minimize relapse potential and to support the goals of the treatment plans.Provided information on available programs for treatment and rehabilitation and assists clients in applying for services.Presented educational services designed to provide the client with information relative to substance abuse issues.Developed and supervised the drug and alcohol life skills education component of the treatment program.
