Laid out webpage designs, designed banner ads, & created graphics and illustrations.Hired for 2 weeks of part time temp work, was promoted to full time salaried design position and stayed for nearly one year until being laid-off due to downsizing.Took the initiative to learn usability testing, organized and conducted a test of the websites with 3 outside users in less than 2 weeks, resulting in a number of significant improvements to the site.Led a team to create a charity foundation within the company, and designed a website for the foundation, which donated over $40,000 to causes around the world.

Assisted customers with rental and fitting of ski and snowboard boots, skis, snowboards, poles and helmets. Adjusted ski and snowboard bindings to best fit customer. Waxed and serviced snowboards and skis. Organized inventory and monitored for defects.
