Worked as a junior lawyer, rotating to several of HHP's practice groups, namely: 1. Projects Team - Finance & Projects PGFocused on advice and transactions relating to carbon capture and carbon trading projects, mining industry work, and power-related matters (both conventional and new/renewable). 2. M&A Team - Mergers & Acquisition PGFocused on corporate and licensing compliance, market entry and retainer-secondment services relating to retail and distribution companies (mainly in FMCG and luxury consumer goods) and pharmaceutical companies.3. Finance Team - Finance & Projects PGFocused on assisting financing transactions, both new and repapered, drafting security documents and providing advice regarding finance and security instruments.
