This was a small general engineering construction company that completed mostly public projects statewide up to 300K. We had approximately 20 employees and self-performed earthwork, underground, concrete flatwork, concrete structures, fabrication, and paving. My responsibilities were diverse. I have done a little of everything with Weber Services, Inc.

Completed roadway/infrastructure projects ranging from $1 million to $13 million in value. Responsibilities included budget forecasting, subcontractor supervision, scheduling/phasing, safety, coordination with owner(s), equipment utilization, change orders, correspondence, and motivator.

Responsibilities included estimating and managing commerical inftrastructure projects ranging from $100K to $1.5 Million.

Responsibilities included digital take-offs, budget analysis, quantity calculations, quantity tracking, payment applications, change order preparation, and superintendent assistant.
