His in depth knowledge in Microsoft technologies (.Net, C#, DirectX, WPF) always amazes me. I found him wanting to learn and is very generous when it comes to sharing his knowledge. He was never shy to admit if he was wrong either. Another trait I found where he excels is when dealing with pressure. I had the rare privilege of watching him when dealing with fire at customer sites. He never lost a beat and was always on top of things to help our mutual customers.
