Approve capital budget purchases, expense planning and performance management goals for 45 employees. Implemented media production standards, tapeless workflow, departmental asset inventory and developed on-line Creative.

Responsible for eleven direct reports at two locations. Researched equipment and developed media production strategies for entire Wisconsin/Minnesota region. Successfully initiated and developed Creative Services department at the company's first Media Operations Center. Partnered with Manager of Technical Operations for seamless transition during building.

Produced, edited and distributed promotional television commercials for Marcus Cable on the national level. Researched, budgeted and ordered capital equipment for Marcus Cable's first Media Operations Center in the United States. Developed policies and procedures manual for media production department.
