My career leads me to be very independent, motivated, mechanically inclined and a problem solver. I possess strong communication/writing skills. I'm organized and care deeply about the people that I serve. I'm very conscious about my quality of work and how my performance affects others. I read constantly and keep up with emerging technologies in print and online. I have 20+ years of experience in the field service environment. Additionally, I have a foundational background in machining, welding, fabricating, and home remodeling. With a degree in telecommunications, I am also familiar with audio/video/data recording and production technologies. To further enhance my skillsets, I have begun online certifications courses for SCRUM Master and PMP. In addition to my career, I am a father, lover of the outdoors, photographer, and author. At the end of 2014, I published my website and finished off my first fictional novel, "Some Sort of Stand." My novel was published by the University of Washington and is available on Amazon and through my website www.tjscar.com.
