My role includes developing national recruiting strategies and managing recruiting efforts for BDO's Transaction Advisory Tax (M&A) practice & our Greater Washington Assurance Practices. M&A tax spans from transaction pre-transaction structuring and due diligence to post-acquisition integration services, our dedicated M&A team delivers comprehensive, partner-led services to businesses and their financial sponsors. Our Assurance teams are all about promoting more confidence, clarity and precision.
