Since then, he’s produced and directed his own documentary projects, including his moonshot project, “Race to Tokyo,” the story of a U.S. para-athlete and a Japanese prosthetics engineer in the run up to the 2020 Paralympic games. Travis is best known for his post producing work on documentary titles including, “Maxine’s Baby: The Tyler Perry Story” (Amazon), “Ladies First: A Story of Women in Hip Hop” (Netflix), and “The Hair Tales” (OWN & Disney/Hulu). Travis serves as a full-time post producer at Moonshine Post Production in Atlanta, GA where he oversees the editorial, color, sound, visual effects, & finishing pipelines of 15 - 20 original ad, series, and feature projects every year. His experience guiding productions through post and working with the Georgia tax incentive present a strategic advantage when producing projects of his own.
