I guided future sales activity by providing data and reports via CRM directly to National Manager about data conversion and increasing revenue year on year and where needed supporting new staff. I worked under relevant rules to provide programs and increase better outcomes in launching students. Working with other departments towards planning future sales within student services tracking dates, and changes to products being offered which lead to a 98% rate of graduates reporting they enjoyed their training. I have worked as an authorised delegate working under financial services, eg. ASIC, education. ASQA and government directives. I behave appropriately in providing services and self-managing providing support for reaching budgets and maintain credibility and professionalism. At Builders Academy I managed a Linkedin account, and lead generating sources and was responsible for invoicing and reporting for clients accurately for their contribution to the business. At Builders Academy, I had to identify develop and execute strategies for enhancing engagement and welfare of students. This resulted in the highest retention for students, also I had the most students registered as Course Advisor. This was due to great time and task management using resources effectively and continuously meeting deadlines and targets. Student enrolment and services section of BAA focused on funded course delivery. In this role I worked extensively on the implementation and Pre-training reviews under the Skills First program, I managed several accounts, and leads sources, this assisted to minimise student cancellation, and adhere to regulations when sourcing government funded students. The result was 91% graduates who would recommend the training company, higher student retention and contributed greatly to small training awards.
