Contracted to work with Welsh water, offering support to gangs, delivering parts and an additional hand if necessary

Working for Porsche, I was responsible for overseeing the tyre shop. This not only included tyre fitting and alignments, but liaising with the service advisors on the front desk, liaising with the manager and assistant manager to make sure work is done in a timely and effective manner, offering support and helping with tyre quotes and making sure we get the best deal on tyres, making sure the correct tyres were ordered in and constantly managing the tyre stock and maximising space in the small area I had. General housekeeping duties meant making sure my area was always clean, managing and ordering all consumable items used in the tyre bay. I always offered my support to everyone around to make the technicians jobs a little easier when I was slower on work (always trying to be a team player). I would offer my time on the weekends to help set up for social Porsche club events and track day support.I'm confident my previous time served at Porsche Centre Brighton increased the not only the sales, but the productivity within the business, making it more profitable, as I was actively walking round and checking cars in the workshop whilst technicians were working on the ramps. With previous experience within the tyre industry, trained by a UK national giant (Kwik Fit) I used my knowledge to identify any issues with tyres (shoulder feathering, dry rotting, over inflation, under inflation etc..)
