Responsible for building relationships with Medical Providers, Coaches/trainers and community leaders within the demographics of our facilities. My focus is the Patient experience. I feel it is our duty to serve our referral partners and their patients/families in the way we would want to be treated. Building relationships with the community providers and tracking the patients experience from the referring physician to our doors is a primary responsibility in my role

I originate the sale of home loans by building relationships with realtors, builders, business partners, insurance companies, title companies and homeowners. A significant amount of referral business was generated from past clients because of the professional service provided to them during the loan origination process and follow-up with loan servicing questions. This field sales position allowed me to develop and hone my cold-calling, prospecting, relationship building and communication skills needed to be successful in professional outside sales.

Medical equipment sales with territory and facility management. Physician and administrator relationships built on a daily basis. Earn the trust of the families, patients and therapist within each facility. Assessment of the patients needs in comfort and positioning with proper fitting in their wheel chairs.provided a custom manual and powered wheelchair to in facility residents.This Company went out of business.

These positions entailed a variety of medical skills. I had exposure to the following: Obtaining medical and physical histories from patients, wound management, patient & family education regarding post-operative care, starting IV pre-op medication and intravenous punchers for blood draw.

As part of the Airforce's Allied Health Group I was responsible for suture management, wound care, emergency & shift management, triage and hazardous material management. Obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant E-5. Received an Honorable Discharge.
