- Preparation of the required documents for the legal functioning of the Branch. - Representation of the branch in legal procedings and in front of national and European registries and institutions.- Advising and consulting the President of the Branch and other officers on the legal aspect of the activities of the Branch.Preparation and implementation of contracts and agreements with the Clients and Partners of the Branch.
