As a Registered Nurse at Gifted Healthcare, I provided critical care to mothers and babies in labor and delivery and neonatal intensive care units. I worked with a diverse and multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for the patients and their families. I also demonstrated leadership skills by mentoring new nurses and leading quality improvement initiatives.I have a dual Master of Science degree in Nurse Midwife/Nursing Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner a Georgetown University. I have transitioned into the role of a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health NP. I am passionate about advancing my knowledge and skills in women's health and reproductive care, and applying them to address the health disparities and challenges in my hometown of Memphis, TN. My ultimate goal is to open a nonprofit women's clinic and birthing center that provides holistic, compassionate, and culturally competent care to the underserved communities in Memphis.
