I set up, lead and develop the Coaching Focus Group as a coaching led consultancy that helps organisations develop high performance workplace cultures. To be successful, these culture change programs require executive sponsorship and enlightened leadership. I have pioneered and led the development of a web-based Coaching Management System, mye-coach.
