Teagan serves as a Director in PwC's Deals Practice, with a specialized focus on Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS). A seasoned professional, Teagan offers expertise in accounting advisory and capital markets services for complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, initial public offerings (IPOs), and financing transactions. Additionally, Teagan is an expert in ASC 606 and has successfully implemented Revenue Management Systems (RMS) for technology and SaaS companies. Before joining the Deals practice, Teagan spent eight years in PwC’s assurance practice, focusing on the power, utilities, and renewables industries. He also has extensive experience auditing clients in the clean tech, retail and consumer markets, and industrial products and manufacturing sectors.Teagan has worked within a co-sourced Internal Audit environment, providing technical audit and accounting expertise, as well as audit methodology and research-based training. He has led and instructed CPE-based learning and development training within PwC.Teagan is passionate about continuous learning and development. He enjoys coaching and developing staff at various levels and building highly effective teams.He is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMASS Amherst.
