(Previously Cannon Safe) In the time that Troy has been with Alpha Guardian/Cannon Safe, he has had the opportunity to serve as VP of Marketing, Business Operations, International Development, Purchasing, and Manufacturing Operations. His primary responsibilities have included planning, implementing, and directing multiple departments in international locations and markets to convert raw materials into finished goods. He has been responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to deliver year over year growth and improvement in operational performance. He is passionate about developing people through maintaining and enhancing a culture of continual improvement.

Troy is responsible for overseeing the entire scope of researching, analyzing, and presenting the Executive Team with a decision on where to place Latin American Operations. Troy works independently and creates a cross-functional team in support of doing research and analysis of operations in Latin America. Troy is tasked with identifying the proper location for Cannon Safe’s future factory based on all critical criteria including but not limited to labor, availability of raw material, tax rates, shipping rates, land prices and long-term sustainability. Troy did so while working and residing in Costa Rica.

QuickStrike is a private labeling division of Pro Look Sports that offers its clients marketing solutions, analysis and improvement of avenues of distribution, product development, product manufacturing and delivery of branded sports apparel. Troy helped conceive, design and implement QuickStrike. He interfaced between company's largest clients, PLS, and the factories. He managed supply chain operations with multiple overseas factories with close attention to turn-around times, quality, and product specifications. He analyzed, forecasted and developed production schedules. He oversaw all operations pertaining to the QuickStrike program.

Responsible for strategic planning, business development, overseas factory production, quantitative forecasting, product development, marketing, sales, capital raising, and human resources. Advises CEO on strategy of growth and direction of the company. Explored, located and launched a Pro Look factory in Mexico to manufacture sports apparel. Implemented processes and procedures for manufacturing. Oversaw international logistics corresponding with NAFTA regulations. Currently manages multiples factories' manufacturing productions with close attention to turn-around times, quality, and product specifications. Hired, managed, and trained sales team and managers of the company's national sales team. Assisted in developing and implementing sales strategies.Oversaw new products that were launched within the company. Created a call center that catered to continual release of new product lines. Imported new product lines from Taiwan and China.Responsible for hiring of new employees and general training. Conducted annual employee reviews and raise analyses.
