Manage 3 Supply Chain functions: Procurement, Subcontracts, and Material Estimating.

Primary Responsibilities—- Lead Agent for Navigation Systems Major Subcontract proposal evaluations and contract negotiations- Drafts, Negotiates, and Manages all major subcontracts for Navigation System (NS) Business Unit.- Specializing in: (1) Engineering design and Development subcontracts, (2) Material or Production subcontracts, (3) Intellectual Property purchase agreements, (4) Intellectual Property License agreements, (5) Proprietary Information Agreements, and (6)Teaming Agreements.Functional Responsibilities—- IPT Lead for Supply Chain (SCM)/ Subcontracts; signature authority for new business proposals - Develop and implement key sourcing strategies in support of all NS programs - Major Subcontracts representative on the Division Supply Chain Counsel--a board designed to provide guidance and oversight for the company's Source Selection process and in developing long term Strategic Supplier Partnerships. Program Management Responsibilities—- Cost Account Mgr. (CAM)--Manage all budget baseline and performance for Material $$ and SCM personnel - Lead audits for material pricing with customers or government agencies (as required) - Manage Major Subcontract Program Deliverables including EVM reporting and SOW achievements.

Owner and Operator of New Direction Financial and Tax Services- Prepare and file annual Personal Federal and State Income Taxes for clients- Specialize in all issues pertaining to Personal Income Tax, e-file, direct deposit- Perform financial planning services for clients- Assist with retirement planning, debt reduction, college savings, budgeting, and cash flow planning

The Boeing Finance MASTERS Program is a competitive 3 year functional rotation program aimed at developing finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).Boeing Defense Systems - Network & Space Systems OrganizationProcurement Financial Analysis Business - Material Estimating * Leads the development of estimates from historical data, parametric analysis, technical requirements and diverse sources of data. * Prepares complex Priced Bill of Material estimates and Prime Termination Proposals. * Leads analysis of material cost, schedule and performance data for development of material Estimate at Completes (EAC). * Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory agency requirements for high risk proposals.

• Develop, maintain, update and deliver fully documented and well supported costs estimates and proposals pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Standards. • Conducts financial, operational, and procedural audits of supplier data and systems—upwards of $50M, with aggregate values upwards of $200M.• Focal/Lead Analyst in charge of implementing Cost Savings Initiative for Focus Subcontractors and Programs that yield upwards of $4B in cost savings across enterprise.• Lead Procurement Financial Analyst for Focus Subcontractor (top 50) and Focus Programs; duties include Management of Current and Forecast Work, Program/customer (status) support, Government (DCMA/DCAA) Audit support, Negotiation Support/tracking, Cash Flow Analysis support, Cost Savings Reporting/Management. • Cross-functional Supplier Focus Team Lead—consisting of Supplier Management, Operations, Engineering, Program Management, and Finance personnel.• Financial Lead for strategic price negotiations for supplier subcontracts.o International Negotiation—Negotiated rates, risks factors, performance and complexity factors and financial issues related to currency exchange and international cost accounting standards.• Demonstrated understanding of various financial indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Return on Investment (ROI), and break even analysis.

• Perform cost/price analysis (CAR) of subcontractor proposals and Rate (cost) audits for the procurement of goods and services according to a given Statement of Work (SOW), upward of $50M. -Apply quantitative and statistical methods to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data. -Determine appropriate cost/pricing methodology to arrive at a fair and reasonable evaluation of costs.

• Developed, coordinated, and analyzed plans and budgets for Boeing and subcontractors. • Performed financial analyses and manage Subcontractor deliverables such as Cost Performance Report (CPR), Contract Funds Status Reports (CFSR), funding profiles, staffing forecasts, Estimates at Completions (EAC), and variance analysis with corrective action support.• Implemented various Material Cost Management processes, such as Earned Value Management (EVM), Estimate to Budget Baseline, and Cost Accounting (CAS).• Interface with Business Operations, Scheduling, Procurement Agents, Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, and Supplier Program Managers• Lead performance reviews at subcontractors regarding performance trends, contract management issues, and EVMS reliability.
