Notably, during my tenure as the Area Manager at Windsor Communities from September 2021 to September 2023, I was responsible for the seamless integration of four Downtown Los Angeles communities, totaling 1050 units, into a unified and thriving entity. This entailed implementing innovative strategies for cross-site sales, resident services, and maintenance staffing. My role demanded meticulous attention to detail and a keen focus on maintaining high standards for resident satisfaction and property performance.One of my most notable achievements was managing the lease-up of the South Park by Windsor community, formerly known as Hanover South Park. I spearheaded its transition to stability within 11 months while significantly enhancing Net Effective Rent and amenity pricing.Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in financial management, staff leadership, and community enhancement, consistently driving positive results and improving property performance.
