Treasure is a National Louis University Alum with her B.A. in Psychology. I am not just a scholar but an artist, sister, daughter, dancer, poet, and human. Born and raised in the Northside of Chicago, I am striving to be someone who can encourage and inspire others while being someone that her sister and mother, in addition to myself, can be proud to look up to. I hope to make them and myself proud by connecting with individuals from all walks of life to engage and expand my existing skillset. Interactions with individuals have allowed me to be open-minded, tenacious, respectable, organized, sociable, and adaptable. My interactions in life have always inspired me to seek more. This desire to find the answer for a world that makes some answers seem hard to find motivates me to dedicate myself to the field of research. I have worked with many people through my volunteer work for polling, mentorship with Deloitte and One Million Degrees, and Internships with One Summer Chicago and Notre Dame University. I am also thankful to credit my various job positions that allowed me to work with children as small as three and as old as 12. I have faith that my own will and these wonderful experiences and opportunities have blessed me with the insight to connect with othersAs I continue on my professional journey to embark on a career in research, I look forward to making connections and encouraging the community here while you all navigate through your professional and personal journeys as well!
