Onboarding Technician
CurrentAs an Onboarding Technician, I serve as the primary liaison for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our services. My responsibilities include:- Documenting IT infrastructure for new clients, facilitating seamless integration.- Serving as the first point of physical contact, addressing inquiries regarding contracts, billing, and future infrastructure needs.- Coordinating with the billing department for license management and service agreement inquiries.- Collaborating with the Operations department to deploy essential services such as antivirus, server backups, 365 management, RMM deployment, and security awareness training.
