As the owner of ARA Marketing Solutions LLC and Owner/Publisher of local magazines we provide full service marketing and customer service accounts for area publications: The Real Estate Book of Gaston Lincoln and Cleveland; The Real Estate Book of Lake Norman; and The Real Estate Book’s custom publications, Gaston Alive! Magazine, Lake Norman Forclosure and Distressed Properties and At Home With Linda Beverley. Produce, create, monitor and grow, direct mail, e-mail campaigns, blog, and social media pages. Create additional, supportive print and electronic marketing pieces and ebooks. Design and print custom magazines, postcards and marketing brochures. Negotiate contracts for both print and online media. Assist clients in crafting total marketing plans integrating print, direct mail including online and social media platforms. Organize and attend tradeshows on an on-going basis. Promote our brand "The Real Estate Book" at national and local trade shows, and also promote our advertisers through corporate relocation programs, local networking and our strong online presence.Concept and design ads and produce entire publications on a monthly basis. Responsible for all account invoicing, collections and maintenance. Sales and marketing of company supplementary products, including Internet services, brochures, custom publications, digital media, promotional production, rebranding consultation services and marketing aides. Direct Sales and Marketing of print, online and social media advertising to the Realtor community. I served as the marketing consultant for many area Realtors and builders in the Gaston, Lincoln and Lake Norman communities. I assisted with print advertising as well as online and social media packages. I also sold and serviced custom magazines for Realtors and service providers who wanted an exclusive magazine opportunity. I worked with Realtors on planning and holding an open house and marketing meetings to bring in buyers. I worked with my clients on any avenue to help bring together buyers and sellers. I worked through the production part of the magazine with the help of an assistant we produced monthly magazines with satisfied clients. I produced monthly reports, sales goals; updated a Sales force data base to effectively manage my leads and conversions. I invoiced as well as planned meetings and tradeshows. I took pride in knowing that I delivered what I promised, and retained a strong client base as well as converted leads into advertisers all while gaining referrals.
