• Sound knowledge of Principles of Food processing, Microbiology, Separation Techniques, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Statistics, International Business, Human Resource Management, Sampling and Analysis• Sound knowledge of Environmental Regulations, Environmental Assessment Phase I & II, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Audit and Solid Waste Management• Knowledge of CSA standards on conducting ESAs, Environmental Management and Auditing, ISO 19011 and 14001.• Basic knowledge in HACCP, GFSI, SQF and GMP procedures• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to deal with clients.• Proven leadership and team-building skills, coupled with the ability to manage and maintain professional relationships.• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize when faced with a number of tasks and detail oriented.• Knowledge and understanding of diversified work environments and works willingly and respectfully with others.• Punctual worker who uses time effectively to meet deadlines.• Efficient in computer skills such as LIMS, MS Office, SPSS, SAP Business one, Email programs and computerized documentation
