Run all errands for the Install Production Stage that might take them out of the rehearsal space and be prepared to run the room in their absence. Assist the Install Production Stage Manager with all Pre-Production organization, research, paperwork, materials, and scheduling. Assist the Install Production Stage Manager with any paperwork that needs to be created or updated for the shows. Run backstage tracking of props/set pieces during rehearsal and invited presentations.
