I made sure that our operations remained profitable whilst preserving our company culture through periods of change and hyper-growth.- Played a key role in securing, negotiating, renewing, and managing large contracts across different industries and regions. Establishing Adaptavist as a top provider of Atlassian Managed Services. - Successfully integrated new business functions from acquisitions without losing any clients or staff. - Introduced key roles to improve our service efficiency and financial oversight. Overseeing Agile DevOps automation, establising a partner relationship with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and adding Service Delivery Management capability. Transforming Managed Services into a highly profitable Business Unit. - Built strong and enduring relationships with enterprise clients in close collaboration with the Sales team to launch new Managed Services offerings, resulting in significant revenue growth.- Expanding into North America and Asia allowing me to provide 24/7 service and significantly boost revenue by providing localised service delivery.
