Accomplished restaurant manager with an integral part in the day to day operation of three successful bakery locations. Currently working with Ridgeview Retail Limited to refine a business model to open additional restaurant franchises after our first franchise opening in February, 2018. Looking to apply my advanced knowledge of business administration concepts to other lines of business while continuing to pursue expansion with Sweetwater’s Donut Mill and Ridgeview Retail Limited.
