Hello all!My name is Tom Reichardt and I am from Cranston, Rhode Island. I am currently a senior at Miami University studying marketing at the Farmer School of Business. I am also a national representative for Delta Sigma Phi, a social fraternity, and an experienced world traveler. At the beginning of college I did not know what industry was a perfect fit for me, but I am now confident in a marketing/sales role for the long term. After having the opportunity over the summer to dip my feet into the marketing world, I realized this is a field I genuinely enjoy. I love representing others, selling myself, and turning potential customers into loyal consumers. I am eager to continue my studies and find a company that is mutually a fantastic fit post-graduation.I have part time marketing and corporate office experience over several summers. During my semester abroad, I was fortunate to visit an international organization to gain an understanding of their business model and to visit fourteen different countries. Coupled with these work and travel experiences, I have been a camp counselor at the YMCA. This role is one I loved because it helped me realize that I thrive when meeting new people, collaborating with my team, speaking to multifaceted groups, leaving my comfort zone, and making others content. Capitalizing on these elements are desirable to me in a career and things that I strive to excel in throughout my life.
