I verify all patient information for those who present to the Emergency Department of Delray Medical Center. I provide a caring and warm attitude to patients while verifying information in patient rooms. I insure the flow of patients being admitted from all locations in Delray Medical Center as well as verify Physician orders to correct any errors that might occur when in a high stress enviroment.

I answer any patient questions that may arise between visits with Physician at facility as well as schedule next appointment. I insure that patient insurance is up to date and valid with the correct authorization if needed for visit. I speak with other Physician offices to guarantee authorization for patient visit. I verify patient information before visit and collect copay if any as well as room patient and work with the flow of the office to maintain a steady fluid day. I start and discontinue patient IV sight for medication infusions as well as administer B12 shots for patients when ordered.
