Professionally, Trek has been practicing law as a litigator since graduating from the University of Texas School of Law with honors in 1994. Trek's career began at a reputable criminal defense boutique. Trek worked on a wide range of criminal matters ranging from capital murder to complex "white collar" fraud cases.
