I joined Ohaus India as a fresher in 2021 as an Associate Marcom with a dual responsibility of handling B2B marketing activities and sales coordination. In my first year, I had to learn the ropes of the industry quickly and juggle multiple responsibilities. It wasn't easy, but I pushed myself to learn as much as I could and take on new challenges.Within a year, I was promoted to a dual role as a Sales Manager for the South region and Pan India Marketing Manager. As a Sales Manager, I had to support channel partners for sales, conduct technical online/offline seminars, and collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements. As a Pan India Marketing Manager, I had to develop and implement marketing communication strategies to support brand promotions, handle the brand's website and social media channels, and coordinate various BTL activities.It was a lot of work, and there were times when I felt overwhelmed, but I learned to stay focused, prioritize my tasks, and work collaboratively with my colleagues. I'm proud of the progress I've made so far, and I'm excited to continue learning and growing in my role.
