As a partner of Yogamu, I am able to provide various online courses led by experienced, certified instructors. You can enroll in courses to become a Certified Teacher or enroll purely for personal enrichment. My in- person services include life-coaching, Reiki, soundbaths, and live meditations. At Yoga Fundamentals there is something for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I witnessed the many benefits of yoga as a wife, mother of four, a former counselor who worked in the foster care system and a preschool teacher. All these jobs require a great deal of patience and understanding. Mindfulness, meditation, and physical exercise are vital components of my saddhana (daily practice).Not only does yoga provide me with the necessary skills to perform well in my many roles, but I have also witnessed the transformative effects yoga has on those working through trauma. I am a Reiki Master, Certified Sound Healer, Certified Kundalini Teacher, Certified Crystal Master, and I have decades of experience helping clients work through their trauma and reach their goals–emotional, mental, physical, and financial. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.
