• Independently process on-line investment account transactions for Traditional and ROTH IRAs• Conduct outbound calls to investors and financial advisors to clarify investment requests• Gather and assess information to properly and accurately complete account transactions• Read, interpret, and process instructions provided by investors and financial advisors• Effectively learned, retained and applied new concepts• Work collaborative in a team environment

• Provide on-site technical support to A/V equipment, analyze and implement resolutions for issues that do not require vendor support• Provide group and one-on-one training for internal and external meeting hosts/participants• Establish and maintain professional relationships with vendors, suppliers, all internal and external customers• Handle the logistics of inventory control, special technical requests, facility availability, and room lay outs• Schedule and set up conference calls, all stakeholder meetings, room requests, including set-up, teardown, reset conference rooms, maintaining the conference area rooms across the campus• Company-wide meetings coordination, scheduling, specifying A/V set-ups and catering• Reception area coverage which includes monitoring visitors• Coordinate and assist with set up of all A/V equipment to be used by staff, including technical setup • Participate with operations and support the audio-visual and video conferencing equipment• Identified trends and predicted future issues to effectively implement courses of action• Liaison between company and communication vendors• Troubleshoot conference services issues for onsite, offsite, and virtual meetings• Oversee day to day operations of the onsite conference center• Make final decisions for all offsite meetings• Collaborate with Supply Management to negotiate vendor contracts• Handle management for special projects• Manage teleconferencing costs
