As Director of Operations I am responsible for managing BBP’s core client-facing programs including the Energy Assistance Program (EAP) Team, the Market (food bank), Community Connector program, front office administration and facility operations. In partnership with the senior leadership team, I work to manage and execute the overall mission and vision of these programs. In partnership with the CFO, I work on financial matters related to these programs leveraging strong budget management and analysis to ensure we are meeting contract obligations.

The development and Engagement Director oversees programming and philanthropy that supports the work of the Alliance for Gun Responsibility to end the public health crisis of Gun violence in our country. Partnership collaboration and Cultivation *Collaborate with the Communications team on external communications, program-related projects, and grasstops networks.*Develop and manage Alliance engagement efforts with grasstops partners.Program strategy, Growth, and Management*Work with the leadership team and Board of Directors to identify new programmatic opportunities to address all kinds of gun violence and engage the communities most impacted by gun violence.*Lead educational programming, including Summits, Coalition Programming, and Public Education Campaigns.Fundraising and Development*Work with the CEO and consultants to create and execute an ongoing diversified development program for the C4, C3, and PAC.*Serve as project leads on fundraising for significant events in consultation with fundraising consultants.*Lead in developing and executing a corporate giving and engagement strategy.*Track and report on fundraising metrics.

*Oversee programming that includes education and Engagement in communities most impacted by gun violence, advocacy within the community, and coordination with stakeholders.* Participate as a member of the leadership team to set organization-wide goals, develop and implement the strategic plan, assess organizational opportunities, support organizational changes, and steward workplace culture.* Work closely with the Communications and Fundraising Director to identify opportunities between programs and fund development, support with funding requests, volunteer engagement, and annual appeals.* Collaborate with the Communications team on external communications, program related projects, and advocacy opportunities to engage our grassroots and grasstops networks* Manage program grants including reporting.

• Organizes, coordinates and monitors activities and performs a variety of duties related to playgrounds, department facilities, recreation, events, arts and after school programs.• Plans, organizes and directs programs at recreation facilities, day camps and summer playgrounds.• Directs, leads, trains, schedules and monitors the work of assigned staff and assists with staff screening, selection and evaluation.• Acts as a liaison between Parks and Recreation staff and the public; conducts staff meetings and in‐service training.• Researches Parks and Recreation program needs and makes recommendations for new/revised programs.• Opens and secures facilities for special and regularly occurring activities and programs; monitors facility/site usage as needed.• Operates a personal computer and uses applicable software to maintain records, prepare reports and draft flyers and program calendars.

 Working with Low income families to serve meals and other needed assistance After school program helping children with homework and playing games afterwards  Light office duties, required paperwork, working with various Dept. Software systems.

Overseeing daily activities of campers age range: 5-8 daily; Coordinated all educational activities for all age groups.
