As leader of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center he is responsible for coordination and support for outreach and programming establishing/expanding free enterprise at LCCC.Tremayne is also tasked to maintain:- A high quality academic environment- Provide support services- Plan and implement experiential learning activities for students in career and technical education (CTE) programs.Responsibilities:* Implement activities in entrepreneurship for career and technical education students at the main campus and satellite locations.*Manage and provide mentoring in entrepreneurship to career and technical education students and coordinate mentoring by community volunteers.*Plan, implement, and direct entrepreneurial activities such as Business Club, Business Boot Camp, Entrepreneurship Week, and the "Shark Tank" Business Plan Competitions.*Developed successful experiential learning activity where students worked directly with local coffee shop to help increase foot traffic and boost sales.
