Business Relationship Manager (Brm) Consultant
Current Communicate remediation plans to reduce technical debt through portfolio rationalization and well-defined technology roadmaps. Create/Manage project documents (project charter, business requirements, risks log, issue log, budgets, project plan, change management, vendor SOW, functional specifications, testing plan, training plan, implementation plan, and lessons learned) for intakes and business cases. Develop, maintain, and expand partnerships and relationships by comprehensively understanding theirfinancial needs. Manage communication between stakeholders, leaders, IT delivery teams, business partners, and clients. Assist in audits and propose long-term solutions to consistent discrepancies, which results in savings for the company. Proactively assess financial needs to formulate a business case and deliver an effective solution. Establish value optimization delivered as a result of implementation. Manage the overall Digital Services budget for BAU & Strategic efforts to a threshold of +/- 3% by developing a baseline and improvement target for all Digital Services resources. Reduce the volume of unplanned work through standardized capacity and demand management processes. Facilitate efficiency efforts to achieve the Digital Services savings target of $3M by identifying andimplementing three process improvements and identifying the top ten contracts with opportunities for cost optimization. Implement a simplified intake process and feedback loop to assess engagement. Reduce IT costs by increasing operational efficiency by improving application/technology rationalization processes to eliminate reliance and redundant features associated with obsolete/non-standard applications. Develop processes/tools to monitor non-conformance to guidance and execution of associated mitigation plans.
