Heads the Program Management Unit (20 staff) in Sofia.Guides the program in its entirety and oversees daily all its components: partnerships; technology / equipment at the target libraries; e-services and training for citizens through the libraries; structured training for 3,000 public librarians; advocacy and impact assessment; district coordination; events.
