• Responsible for day-to-day management of client’s account (Cost Estimates, Reports, Budget Updates)• Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements; Collaborating and advising them in taking decisions;• Working with colleagues inside the agency to devise an advertising campaigns that best meet the client’s needs and budgets; • Briefing media, creative, web agencies in/outside the agency and third parties;• Assisting in the formulation of marketing strategies; • Acting as a link between the client and creative department by maintaining regular contact with them, ensuring that communication flows effectively;• Maintain the company's existing relationship with the client or group of clients, so that they will continue using the company in future• Handling budgets, managing campaign costs;• Managing a team of two account executives; • Preparation of Weekly Reports for the status of projects; • Preparation of Campaign Summaries of campaigns;• Preparation of Competitive reports of the main competitors of the client; • Able to be in charge of a number of smaller accounts, or may focus on a few larger accounts• Maintaining relations with production studios and other subcontractors;
