As a member of the team at Fastenal I was responsible for supporting our outside sales representatives and branch operations. I assisted with sales and customer service as well as played a key role in managing inventory, placing and fulfilling orders, and receiving and shipping inventory.

My focus was on understanding the digital customer journey. I analysed customer and content analytics to presente recommendations for optimization. Completed as part of the SFU Business Analytics and Decision Making certificate program.

I was responsible for document processing, analyzing systems and procedures, and working with the accounting and administrative teams to improve workflows. I also worked with the training department to process training records, contributed to updating the fixed asset register, and took on a key role in updates to the OHS policies and guidelines.
